The week before Thanksgiving was filled with numerous fall-themed STEM challenges. One of those was a candy corn stacking challenge. Students had to begin with a circle of 10 candy corn pieces as their base. From there, students built up, row by row, to see how high they could go. The winner was able to stack 6 rows high! This challenge ended up being much harder than anticipated due to the angled shape of the candy corn. Either way, students enjoyed a fun activity and a sweet treat.
